End of May we launched our seif Awards Success Stories, where we interviewed some of our former Award Winners and asked them about their journey ever since winning the seif Award. Now we already have more success stories to share with you!

Carbon Delta
Oliver Marchand, founder and CEO of Carbon Delta

In June, Carbon Delta, a data analytics firm that specializes in climate change analysis for institutional investors, closed its first CHF 1.7 million investment round, with ZKB and a group of angel investors from the Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC). The new funding will be used to accelerate growth throughout Europe: The startup will hire more new employees as well as open offices in Potsdam, Germany and Paris to promote their Climate Value-at-Risk system.

Lee Greene, Co-founder and CEO of Stuward

On July 2nd, Stuward, a telehealth system intended for the support of caregiving family members (Care Workers), received the “PostFinance Startup Talent” award from PostFinance and the Institut für Jungunternehmen [Institute for Young Companies] (IFJ). It is already the fifth Award that the Startup has received. In Europe and the USA alone, there are approximately 150 million caregiving family members in need of help. “This award motivates us to continue to help as many of the millions of caregiving family members around the world as possible in order to recognise and reduce their chronic levels of stress.”, says Lee Greene, Co-founder and CEO of Stuward.

We are immensely proud of these amazing Social Enterprises and their highly dedicated teams that are working so hard to create an impact for the environment and society.
